Old Recipes ~ Fresh Ingredients
Lorenzo Evola, owner at Tivoli's Pizzeria in Utica, Michigan is a veteran when it comes to taking everyday pizza and turning it into a culinary work of art. You won't find any five dollar mass produced pies that don't have any flavor here. Instead you will find old world recipes, cultivated with years of refinement, and the freshest ingredients possible. Add the smokiness of the wood burning stove, and you have a pizza that explodes with flavor that simply cannot be found anywhere else.

Our signature pizza is a 12-inch thin crust pie, baked to perfection in the wood burning stove. The oak and hickory logs infuse the pizza with a full, smoky flavor that enhances the flavors of the meats, cheeses and vegetables.

Besides the familiar items like pepperoni, ham and mushrooms, we offer truly unique and gourmet items such as shrimp, sun-dried tomatoes and artichoke hearts. Mozzarella, the cheese found on most pizzas, is also joined by Asiago, Caciocavalla and Gorgonzola. These taste especially great fresh from the brick oven.  



Hiring

The people have spoken and they love our pizza!!! In fact they love it so much that we need some help. We are hiring!!

If you are an experienced cook or pizza chef that wants to work, we are hiring additional kitchen help. As we already said we are very busy so please apply if you are serious and are a hard worker.
